This is for information for all the Users of this website and Inventory Management Software that from, 09-04-2018, Sh. Sandeep Singh, Deputy Director(E), has taken over charge of H.O.O. and Controlling affair of Central Stores, All India Radio, Sansad Marg, New Delhi – 110001 & Sh. P. K. Singh, Dy. Director(E), was relieved on 06/04/2018(A/N) from this office.
All the Zonal Offices and Stations are welcomed for their valuable suggestion and feedback for the successful operation of this Inventory Management Software.
Zonal office ADG’s are requested to please approve the requisitions raised by the Stations. It is also requested the item which are not available in the Central Store, approve with "process for procurement" remark to initiate the procurement process.
Station Head of the offices are requested to please contact/pursue their respective Zonal office If Stations requisitions are not approved by the Zonal Offices.
If Stations requisitions are not approved by the Zonal Offices, Stations are requested to pursue the cases from their respective Zonal Offices immediately as per norms of the DG : AIR, New Delhi, So that the items can be issued without delay for the Net Work from the Central Stores.
Zonal Office ADG's are requested to please approve the requisitions raised by the Stations.
It has been noticed that some stations are not preparing requisitions by mentioning proper name of items and ledgers. It is advised that the requisitions of the items which are available in the ledgers & Item master should be sent properly by mentioning ledger name etc.
The items which are not available in the ledgers of the Central Stores should be sent with complete specifications and images.
If Stations requisitions are not approved by the Zonal Offices, Stations are requested to pursue the cases from Zonal Offices as per norms of the DG : AIR New Delhi, So that the items can be issued without delay for the New Work from the Central Stores.
Zonal Office ADG's are requested to please approve the requisitions raised by the Stations.
* It is very appreciable that North Zone and South Zone approved the online requisitions received to them from the stations. Other zones i.e East Zone, West Zone & North East Zone are also requested to please approve online requisitions that are received from the stations in their respective zones.
1. It has been noticed that stations are creating requisitions without searching their items in the ledgers. It is mandatory to search the exact Name & Ledger for the items required by them in the Inventory Management Software.

Central Store New Delhi always welcomes the suggestions & feedback by the stations.
* Zonal Offices are requested to please start the operation of Software and Approve on line the Requisitions received from the Stations.
It is mandatory for the users(Stations/ Zonal Offices) to change their passwords the moment they login first time.
There is an option provided on the top left side Change Password on the Station/Zonal Offices Dashboard by which Stations/Zonal Offices can successfully change their passwords. Go through the user manual before starting any activity relating to the Software.
